Q: Why isnt there an option to jump to the Premium Plan?
It seems that all Roadmap features that I was interested in, are now no longer Pro but Premium…
How far along are you with shopify integration and will this at least be a Pro feature?

Jun 27, 2024A: Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
We understand your disappointment at some of our new features being moved to the premium plan.
When you purchase our lifetime plan on AppSumo, you essentially buy a lifetime version of our pro plan.
The features made available to Sumolings are set by AppSumo. While we wish we could do something regarding this issue, you would need to contact AppSumo about it. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from our end.
We are fully committed to delivering all the services that were part of your AppSumo lifetime license. Additionally, a number of new features like bottom navigation have been made fully available to users.
On Shopify integration: we’re still working on this integration. Since this is still in development, we’re still not sure about its scope yet. Once the feature is live, we’ll be able to share more information with you.
Feel free to reach out for more questions.
Yes it feels like we have been cheated by AppMySite team. They didn't mentioned in roadmap that it will have different plan for all the upcoming features. Also only after the appsumo deal was over they listed new plan as premium on their website. Appsumo should upgrade our account to premium plan else all the people who bought this deal earlier shall give negative ratings on appsumo to help other peoples who are thinking of buying this deal.
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
We're sorry you feel cheated. We absolutely do care about our AppSumo customers and are fully committed to delivering the services and features that are part of their license deals.
Some of the new features we launched have been moved to the Premium plan, and we understand your disappointment regarding the same.

How are internal business decisions of Appmysite controlled or influenced by Appsumo?
You could just offer this as a courtesy or even accept a payment. Instead, you point towards AppSumo.
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
Over the last year, most of our updates have been made available to all our customers, regardless of their subscription plan. (We know you loved the new bottom bar in the app.) We have lots more coming!
In September this year, we announced the release of a new Premium plan. This was already in the works well before our AppSumo campaign. We did our best to include as many new features as we could in the Pro Plan and below since 80% of our current customer base is on the Pro Plan. Although we haven’t been able to include ALL our new features as part of our LTD offering, we’d love for you to try them out.

Do you care to comment on how Appsumo is to blame for the situation?
I also requested an official comment from their side to the situation.
