Bad Support
If you used your work email to sign up for the app and now your company is no longer around, they won't be able to help you switch to a personal email. In my situation, I closed my business a few months ago and totally forgot to switch my email back to a personal one. I reached out to them for assistance in changing the email, but they informed me that it's not possible to make the switch, even though I showed them the invoice from Appsumo.
