Bad support

I am on Tier 2 but downgraded to basic support that has no support via email, chat, and call.

The email said:
You’ve now been downgraded to the Basic support plan. If you found value in the Business support plan and wish to continue accessing support via email, chat, and call, consider upgrading.

When you sign up on AppMySite, you’re automatically assigned a Business support plan, for free, for 1 month. Once the one-month period ends, your support plan goes back to the Basic support plan.

With the Basic support plan, you continue to receive email support from our technical support team. In case you run into issues, you simply need to log a ticket from your AppMySite account.

This does not affect your AppSumo license. You can continue using AppMySite to build apps. You can also continue getting support for your app by contacting our support team via the email ticketing channel.
