The agency functions don't work at all since there launch and the request is to give them more time and to trust them. So while you wait the refund period gets closer until there's no time to refund again. Mind you all of the feature suggestions and time we took building them out with them they turned them all into paid add-ons for us, removed chat and so many other things, and shopify has been getting worked on since they came out 4 years ago and nothing there either......... AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

They blind sided everyone taking away customer service chat which everyone needs to navigate the software. The bait and switch is disgusting and everything we asked for and helped them build has turned into a paid add on. There documentation looks better but still misses key information but of course you can't depend on customer support as it's MAYBE one email per day if you're lucky with one question at a time.... AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update 1/20/23
Very annoyed with this product in so many ways. There documentation to publish apps isn't accurate at all and I had to update them on what the documentation should say given the major left out details to this and after almost a month the documentation still isn't updated.
Now we have the agency plan where we have everything they actually charge for in tier 5 and there not including it! If we gotta pay for agency then we wouldn't buy the lifetime here!

1. Regarding documentation: We understand our support documentation is outdated. We’re currently in the process of revamping our entire knowledge base, making it much easier for customers to find answers quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to its current outdated status. Rest assured, this is something we’ll resolve soon.
2. The Tier 5 plan is equivalent to our platform’s Pro plan, with additional add-ons like unlimited apps, unlimited team members, merge apps, and language support. We can guarantee that any new feature added to our Pro plan will be made available to AppSumo customers. For example, the Custom app product we launched recently has been made available to Sumolings.
The Agency White-label product enables you to fully white-label our platform with your branding. This product is not available with an AppSumo license as it’s not part of our Pro plan offerings, but you can subscribe to this product separately from within your AppMySite account. 3. We charge a one-time fee for our Upload to App Stores add-on as it requires our team to manually generate a build of your app (as per your preferences), and then submit it to the app stores via your developer accounts. We do however recognize the need to make app store submission easier, which is we’re working on improving the knowledge base and ensuring customers don’t require our assistance to submit their apps to the app stores.
