Nice but a little misleading...

Pros:
- This is a nice tool overall, give it a solid B in terms of integrations to WP especially is very cool and Woo.
- The roadmap looks pretty cool what's features to come.
- Ability to create app from any website, nice
- ACF, awesome

Cons:
"Sumo-lings will automatically gain access to all upcoming features and solutions as soon as they are launched. "
- ALL means ALL but not in this case we were told we don't have workspace access and have to upgrade for it...
- Integrations is not easy with your site when connecting to WP, it's a little confusing... A pop up step-by-step video may help.
- It's very hard to apply the initial AppSumo coupon once you do it's some weird thing where you do some drop down and by accident figured it out.
- Support response is typical, once they get your money, it's like SaaS dust mites. Meaning they do help you after you bug the crap out of them like I did and sent multiple emails
- The UI and nomenclature of "teams vs users" is confusing.
- You cannot easily add Users (aka team members) you have to dig through the menu and you think users means users of the app but it means users e.g. Teams strongly suggest they user the word "Workspace Group" or something not Teams for Workspace because your Users are your Teams but trying to add Teams you need to upgrade... Yeah.
- The Workspace asks you to upgrade despite no where tells you that you have a "personal" plan ANYWHERE in account section (where you expect to see it), after you buy... You find out later... #FAIL

In conclusion, highlights
- Nice integrations
- Nice WordPress integration for WP users
- Clarity in signing up and applying coupon would be nice that you're on a "personal" plan
- Tweaking the UI and nomenclature would help clear up confusion on Teams vs Users vs Workspace Teams.
- Workspace should be free for LTD seriously, it does say "ALL upcoming features..." Your words not ours...
- Improve ticket/support timing, responses (not after 6+ emails are sent)
