Read Before Buying- UPDATED REVIEW

This deal is a STEAL, but go into it knowing that there are additional costs and it's not for those who don't have ample problem solving skills. I've detailed my experience to give you an idea.
(I was also irked to see that they offered the Whitelabeling FREE to those who left a review - so I could have saved $60 since I didn't need anything from the second code other than Whitelabeling.)
I grabbed the $99 deal and got to work.
Everything with the set up within the software was easy and pretty intuitive.
Once I had completely optimized the site I would be using and had everything in the Simulator the way I wanted, I hit Download App.
First I built the Android App, which did prove to require some tech knowledge, a Google Play developer account (costing $25), a free Firebase account, and the ability to piece together the not-so-intuitive instructions they provided to gather the required files.
I created a test user and immediately am able to start testing it on my old Galaxy S8 - Victory!
Now the iOS app...
I'd already applied for an Apple Developer account (which is a bit more intensive of a process). The next day I was approved (it costs a $99 developers fee)
Now for the build process.
The instructions were a nightmare! After turning to Google, I was able to find instructions for each step to create necessary certificates and files to create the build.
After finally having everything together, the build was created.
OPE! Where the @#$% am I supposed to stick this file to get it in App Store Connect (where the app has to be set up and uploaded in order to submit for approval)
Apple provides 3 options. Transporter seemed like the only option as I already had the .api build. (which I later found documentation in AMS that did indeed tell you to use Transporter)
I eagerly uploaded the .api build to Transporter, clicking verify and deliver...
A popup with a huge yellow exclamation sign pops up saying "Verifying or delivering apps requires that certain development tools bundled with Xcode are installed"
WTF.
Now hours into the process, it's telling me the build isn't acceptable.
I open a support ticket.
While I wait I scour the internet looking for any indication of what's missing and where I can obtain it.
Zilch... Nada... Nothing...
Days pass and with no response from support, terrified to submit another ticket (it warned me that submitting again promptly bumped me to the bottom of the queue.)
I post in AppSumo hoping someone who'd successfully made it through the App Store process could shed some light - or at least AppMySite would see and respond.
I try directly loading on my iPhone and get more errors and am unsuccessful.
Finally hearing back from AMS on AppSumo, telling me “TransporterApp is a third-party platform and it is almost impossible to investigate why you are facing this issue”
And to submit a support ticket. - (which I had done DAYS earlier.)
