Appoint is a low-cost option via AppSumo and offers a one-time fee, which is very different to many paid solutions today.

The good:
1. Offers multiple different options for meeting types, including one I haven't seen in a product at this price point - Round Robin. Vital for a sales role.
2. Easy and quick to setup, albeit I had a hiccup with 365 integration; you need to be an admin. Once resolved, sorted within seconds.
3. Design can be amended easily

The less good
1. Meeting respondents cannot set a preference for meeting conference tool

That's about it thus far. Happy to have purchased.
