Q: Text edit
Hi, is it possible to upload a PDF file and to send it for approval to a client? The client should have the possibility to select text (each character) from the pdf and to replace, delete, insert or comment on very precise words or letters from the PDF. Ziflow does it well.

Approval Studio doesn’t support direct text editing. Instead, reviewers can use annotation tools to mark areas in the text that require changes, but they can't make edits themselves.
This approach is intentional — the system is designed to maintain version control and a detailed history of all changes, clearly showing who requested each change and who fulfilled it. This ensures full transparency and accountability throughout the review process.
