This looks like dream tool for all designers/freelancers.... using platforms like fiverr, upowork who want to spped up working on orders, have team who can manage/make orders.... and make designs, logos etc for customer in friendly way with nice feedback/instructions from customer.\u000a\u000aI think it is my dream tool..and i am thinking now how many and what tiers to buy :)\u000a\u000aFew questions...\u000aa) Is it possible to add teammembers and differrent access levels? Thank you for the questions. Some of them are easy to answer, and some of them are better discussed personally.\u000aa) In Approval Studio you don\u0027t need these permissions, as only Admins have access to everything, all other users have access to their projects only, and designers only perform tasks they are assigned to, without accessing the project. \u000ab) Once the project is approved, you can complete it, and it will go away from the dashboard, At any moment, you can go and delete completed projects to free some storage space, We will not implement the automatic deletion, as it may cause too many issues. User mistakes or system bug that would affect the files. You remember what happened to Google drive, we don\u0027t want that to happen. \u000ac) Contact me directly at aj@approval.studio and we will discuss how you can send briefs to the customers.
