I've been looking for an affordable and easy to use tool that would allow my clients to give feedback on design work without needing an account. I was very excited to come across Approval Studio as it seems to solve that issue. Overall I'm happy with the tool and excited to use it more instead of relying on emails and slack messages. 4/5 tacos as there is room for improvement in a few areas:

1. Custom branding is very limited. I can only upload a JPG for my logo which means it's on white background against the gradient and looks clunky. I would also love the option for a custom sub domain like companyname.approval.studio

2. The review emails are also not as customisable as I had hoped. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the sender name from "Approval Studio mailer" and the formatting looks bad — lots of padding issues. My field is email marketing so these emails looking bad doesn't reflect well on me! Again, I would love if this could be branded better as clients might think it's spam.

3. Mobile reviews aren't great just yet and this will be super important. I have a smaller iPhone (12 mini) and there seems to be a bug where the zoom navigation doubles or triples while I zoom in and out. It blocks the actual designs significantly. I hope improving the UX on mobile is a priority on the roadmap.
