You are right, it has some error on the redemption page. When you try to redeem it, it says the cart is empty. So redemption failed, i hope they would correct it soon.

C'mon guys, it's the end of May and the same issue is occurring. I tried redeeming but the page is asking for credit card information. What a let down... the product owner/support already knew the issue in the redemption and still have not resolved it for quite awhile. What a disappointment...potentially a great product, with bad execution.
