This is a freebie - I would expect that it would either be a limited access or having better upgrade options available besides this. The WP E-Sign does not look half bad either, but I wouldnt even consider it until I see this legal copy. I figure that you could always use this freebie as a copy and paste considering worst case scenario.

I noticed this too. I guess you could have them signed in person and notarized. The service for electronic signing runs about $159-$399 for a lifetime deal, not bad, but for sure an added expense not made clear here in the offer.
