Q: When will you fix your site?
Thanks for offering the freebie, but your website is a hot mess. I have tried multiple times from multiple browsers with multiple redemption codes and multiple email accounts. Whoever is handling the website design, seriously, have them re-train immediately. Too frustrating to work with right now. Hot mess. Looking forward to seeing when you get things working.
