Great resource. Found the bullet journaling system interesting and dug deeper.

For people who want to see if there's something new or improved, some methods will be familiar, especially if you've been on a quest for something that resonates, others will be new.

It's also a useful reminder if, like me, you sometimes lose sight of sticking to a method to improve productivity/time management.

And as the saying goes, you're never to old to learn.

Either way, just start.

I have struggled to focus for years and tried some strategies before, however this time with some pointers I am already making more progress than before. This PDF lays them out in ways that more directly apply to my situation then when I have had these strategies explained before.

I feel you got to read all the books on productivity mentioned in this guide and then connect the dots backwards to make it effective.
