A diamond in the rough

This is really good.. like ridiculously good.. really!
Don't expect that you have to be a master project manager (but if you are skip to the last paragraph(s)).. start small.. a task or two.. maybe you want to link them so one task happens then the other? OK.. do that!.. then create a list of tasks (aka a project).. maybe this project needs to occur more than once.. yes it can repeat or it can be a process for future use... add your calendar and work hours so APUtime can schedule correctly.
The key here is you will know exactly what is the next action you should be taking.. it will be right at the top of the list.. drag it onto the "Move task here to start working area" and you will find a timer running to track your effort. Once it is complete click done and you will see your next task to complete. If you need to postpone a task you can do so.
Maybe you have a business with a few employees; add the employees and start assigning them tasks or projects.. make sure all employees set working hours & link their calendars so APUtime can schedule correctly.
Maybe you have an event like a wedding planned on your calendar in the future but you don't know how you will make that happen.. ask the AI "Plan a wedding" and when it completes you will see all the tasks with descriptions already for you.. now set the calendar date as the deadline in the plan (aka process).. add people to it that will be involved - APUtime will ensure all the tasks are scheduled to meet your deadline.
Infinite possibilities and scale.. individual, freelancer to Enterprise.
From larger perspective.. you have processes that you create in APUtime with multiple teams and resources (like machines for factories etc). Create groups for departments / resources and start assigning people to those groups... then in the procedure add those groups as solvers. Things change constantly.. APUtime will update resources/schedules as needed and make sure you know everyone's workload, any bottlenecks, when the project(s) will finish and how many hrs/days it will be ahead or behind that deadline. View gantt chart of all projects or as resource allocation..
At any time you can see resource time spent on tasks and export as a report.
Task import: magic list importer for tasks. Chat with your team in task, project etc.
Helpful & responsive live support chat.
Onboarding... in app, Academy (additional fee), live chat, & consulting (additional fee).
To me it is a bargain and I do not believe anything matches the scheduling they have. If another company tries to add this (scheduling) to their product, my guess, it will feel very much bolted on.. versus having the scheduler built from the ground up with APUtime. A very good explanation of some of the scheduling power can be found in the APUtime, A duel between project managers video: https://youtu.be/hBtC-d2NnOQ (less than 2mins)
