As a freelance, I use this tool to see when I'll be able to complete projects and if I have room left for some more. Aputime helps me organize my work and prioritize tasks, globally it is an awesome tool !

What I love the most:

- I can create my own workflows in the app, and then set a project based on this workflow with a deadline. All tasks are reverse-planned based on that final deadline. (very convenient for mind-mapping)
- aputime prioritizes the next taks to be done according to deadlines (awesome !)
- the timer for following how long I work on a task is great.

What I would love to have :

A gantt timeline view by tasks like in Monday.com or Asana with tasks, sub-tasks and dependencies.
Gantt timeline is available in Aputime but it can only be seen by ressources or project. For me it is not enough detailed.
(By the way, it would be nice to be able to set a default view in my preferences, for example when I open the gantt timeline, I want to see projects by default)

As I work alone or with some other freelances, I need to see visually what are upcoming tasks and what tasks depend on others. I think this view in aputime could be improved.

And last thing, the app is quite slow, loading is too long, but I'm sure this will be improved over time :)

As a conclusion : it is a very good deal, especially lifetime, and I'm glad I have grabbed it. I would have set 5 tacos if I had the speed and the task gantt view !
