After nearly nine years of dedication and partnership, we must share some important news: APUtime will be officially discontinued in the coming days.

Over the life of this product, we faced many challenges—most critically, an unfortunate investment partnership that derailed our plans and forced us into protracted legal proceedings. We are forced to discontinue and close the company. Despite these setbacks, our team remained committed: we maintained the original APUtime platform while quietly rebuilding it from the ground up.

Thanks to your support, APUtime has grown considerably since our 2016 launch and our 2023 return to AppSumo. In fact, each Tier 1 customer has saved more than $4,500 off standard pricing—an achievement we’re immensely proud of.

We’re excited to introduce a fully rewritten alternative in just a few days. Please note, however, that lifetime-deal (LTD) offers will not be available for the new product. As a token of our gratitude, we have honored the 80% LTD discount on all existing plans through their original term.

Although it’s never easy to say goodbye, we recognize that APUtime may not have become part of everyone’s daily workflow. We appreciate every moment you’ve spent with us and the feedback you’ve shared along the way.
