I’ve used Flowlu, Nifty, Monday, ClickUp, Wrike, Asana, and about 10 other project management tools. This one takes the cake.

My experience with the other tools is that they're all great for one reason or another, but the more you add to them, the more things get lost, fall between the cracks, and the management becomes more complex and time-consuming. This is a very different project management tool.

Awesome features:

- when I add cost to employees, I can see exactly how much each task costs and how long it took
- with projects and tasks added, I can see the projected burndown of the project over time in the reports
- when a user is actively working on a task (with the timer function), that task pulses in the dashboard so you can see what is being worked on
- the system looks across all projects, tasks, deadlines, and resources to automatically sequence what should be worked on and who should be working on it
- love seeing the estimated vs actual time on tasks that real-time when people are working on tasks
- process templates are cool for getting started
- building repeating projects is also legit
- the chat widget is interesting: see chats in projects, tasks, etc.
- workload charts are awesome. No more social loafing
- Webhooks & APIs
- several informative reports
- magic list for project task population looks interesting (haven't tested yet)

Recommended enhancements:

- when you create a task in the Process tab, you don't have the fields for adding deadlines (the "Schedule" section), whereas when you create tasks from the task list, you do have deadlines. Please have that section available in both task creation locations
- when entering time against a task, you have to enter a start time/end time. I wish there was an option to just write in how much time: 1.2 hours. Right now I'm having to fiddle with the times (even if it's not right) just to get the data in (which is a slower process)
- wish the plan limits were higher. Especially considering customers/employees use the same type of user in the system. Please consider a limit increase.
- Make integration is nice but I would love to see Pabbly.
- In the Process tab, when it auto-arranges the tasks, sometimes the lines overlap in a weird way that isn't optimal. This is only cosmetic and doesn't impact functionality. Typically happens with more complex projects with several task connections.

I started on tier 3 and will upgrade to the max. Nifty used to be my favorite project management tool, but this thing is a powerhouse for productivity.

This is definitely a 10-taco product and I highly recommend checking it out (even if you have a collection of project management tools ... the switch will be worth it).
