You have GOT to try this!
The biggest problem with planning and task management apps is that just ONE single missed or delayed task will mess up everything else and sink your schedule. Then you have to go back and manually reallocate your time and your team members' time in order to get your project back on track. APUtime solves that big problem and then some.
If you miss or delay a task, this automatically recalculates all of your other tasks so you can pick up right where you left off. It gives you an instantly revised schedule for ALL your outstanding tasks as well as the project as a whole. And, it does this for multiple people so your dependencies are always accurate and you know where everything (and everybody) currently stands.
In addition, this has process templates (with AI auto-creation support) so you can hit the ground running on new projects and not have to always start from scratch.
You may already have other task management apps or planners (I do). However, the ability to automatically and dynamically plan and adjust your schedule and priorities "on the fly" gives APUtime quite an edge.
Is it perfect? Not yet. The interface is not perfect, and could use some design tweaks. However, you can use it immediately, it's got quite a lot of built in help prompts, and this might just be the tool that sets your productivity on fire.
I would strongly encourage everyone (yes, everyone!) to AT LEAST grab the first tier, which is a bargain at $39. You can use that tier for your own personal productivity (and add up to 4 additional users you choose). However, with just a few more codes, you can support a whole organization, and the price of stacking is honestly quite a deal.
One thing to note: if you are like me and don't typically do onboarding and tend to just jump into things, be patient when you start out. This will take a little getting used to at first, but once you do, you will see how powerful this is.
Lastly, the only other tool I am familiar with that is "similar" to this is "Motion," which is quite expensive. It will cost you over $200 per year, per user. Granted, it is further along, but for the current price of APUtime, I think this tool is worth investing in and has tremendous potential. Seriously, get this and see if it doesn't improve your productivity.
