Q: I did not find out any answer from seller since 11th Jan,2022.

May be they lost interest to give answers of our queries. In email, I did not answers from them. I tested their trial account. It looks nice. But if we do not get support then it becomes useless for us. I hope they understood this situation and give us proper guidance before buying.
