Bought the highest tier (License Tier 4). We've been using Archy since beginning of February. One of the worst experiences ever.

The software is super buggy and missing very basic thought process. Customer support is equally bad. I don't recommend this tool for any use at all.

Hi all,
It's the first LMS platform I bought.
So I don't have sufficient experience to compare to other LMS deal.
After a couple of days, I think I have found the right product to build, publish and earn from my knowledge.
It will drive leads to my other project.
It is important to be confident to such a platform.
I will past many hours on it to build my e-learning projects.
Neil seems committed to Archy Learning.
This tool allows many possibilities to fit my brand.
Easy to use, simple to set up.
If Neil and his team believe in Archy Learning, this platform can become a major one.

This offering feels a lot like an install of WordPress with Elementor. It is easy to use, but there are all kinds of compliance issues lurking underneath the surface such as no explicit PCI compliance (which Stripe still wants). You also trade a lot of SEO and security for this simplicity as you only get a basic LetsEncrypt certificate with no option of replacing it.

I have not found the ability to change flow based on a quiz which could be really helpful when an instructor wants to automate private tutoring with a video correcting a particular kind of wrong answer. The gamification feels like cheap knockoffs of some of the most popular games, but I would have liked better integration such as answer a question right and make a move or something. There are definitely learning strategies where this can be effective, but the games may not appeal to adult learners.

The course design feels quite limited without Zoom integration or the ability to add multiple paywalls (bonus points for quiz conditional paywalls). You do get file submissions though which allows you to create some pretty intensive homework.

Where Archy Learning has the potential to really shine is for others like me who are trying to build their online presence. I have not yet published my courses in the open course library, but I plan on doing so as it will help get exposure for my content. I can also see this being really good for those focusing more on weekend seminar kinds of work rather than someone wanting to implement an entire college curriculum.

Now the things to improve on

🌮 Unable to upload a file like PDF or Powerpoint or audio
🌮 Games does not load on Chrome (Student Login) or there might be a conflict with my extensions
🌮 Only $ currency
🌮 Only Accredible integration available for issuing Digital certificates

Overall, I think for the lifetime pricing, this one is already a steal (comparing with previous deals with no included video hosting)

To test out the software I created a draft school. The set-up was a breeze. I quickly managed to build a professional-looking website with my own domain; I even added new pages (which are still not visible). The course creating section was nicely thought through with many options including games - really cool!!! I embedded videos, text, and code. Super easy.

The website builder is easy as well. I checked the website on my mobile and it looks great. This is the most developed virtual school software I have come across so far. I bought Gurucan and Spayee in the past and I definitely prefer this one. It would be great if we could embed code to the site in general (in addition to single pages).

What else? I really like the open library access - because I don't have an audience and that will put my school and courses out there. I am looking forward to seeing more integrations and more schools participating in the open library.
