A Decline in Quality - Unaddressed Bugs and Poor User Experience

I’m writing this review with a heavy heart. For the past six months, I’ve encountered numerous bugs that have severely hampered my experience with this product. The most glaring issues involve face distortion and hand

When attempting to utilize the AI for fixing facial distortions, instead of enhancing the image, it minimizes the size and degrades the quality drastically. This is not just a minor inconvenience; it’s a significant problem that has made the product virtually unusable.

The lack of action from the developers is disappointing, to say the least. Despite these issues being prevalent for an extended period, there seems to be no effort to rectify them. The lack of updates and bug fixes is a clear sign of negligence and lack of commitment to user satisfaction.

From a product that was once highly regarded, this decline in quality is difficult to witness. Every time I check for updates, I’m faced with the same frustrating bugs and problems. It feels like the product is slipping from good to worse with each passing day.

Unfortunately, at this time, I cannot recommend this product. The developers need to step up, address these issues and improve their communication with users. Until then, it’s hard to see how this product can regain its former glory.
