Q: Actually I have a question about trademark of Jarvis.
Will you change the product name before it's too late?
As far as I know, the word “Jarvis” of Marvel is registered as a trademark under Class 9 for computer application software for use as personal digital assistants.
This means if you’d make something in which a crucial element is the existence of an A.I. named Jarvis that helps analyze data for a genius scientist, then Marvel might require that you change it.
And we all knew even Jasper.ai which was previously called Jarvis.ai can't keep this name.

I think it would be terribly unfair for Marvel to be able to copyright/trademark any and all uses of the word "jarvis". The name existed long before Marvel used it. And by you adding "Ask" to it, I sure hope they can't claim that's a violation.
