Q: Hi, Interesting approach.
I know this has been asked alot, but I have few questions:
1. what is your main difference with your competitors, i.e. Copilot & Tabnine? Copilot gets their data from Github, and Tabnine offers learning code style. I'm interested to hear from you.
2. Where did you get your data from?
3. What is your privacy policy regarding the code we type in VS Code?
4. What is your business model later to generate MMR later down the line? I'd like my investment in this app to be long lasting, but also beneficial to your growth.
Kind regards.
A.

1. As for the difference from our autocompletion competitors, we are trying to create a complete development solution available over all possible formats - IDEs, website and extension. AskJarvis aims to provide a complete solution by developing a list of applications covering all phases of development like documentation, testing, database queries and much more. Rather than a competitor, AskJarvis can be used in conjunction with Copilot to speed up your development process.
2. We use the same AI in the background as GitHub Copilot, just we further train the model to get more refined and better results.
3. Our privacy policy is that we don't collect any data from your code except what's necessary to make the app work, and we never sell it. We only save your prompt and code generated which is for your eyes only. Only with explicit feedback do we collect data to further train our model
4. Our business model is to provide a great product that people love using, so they'll share it with their friends and colleagues and make more money for us. If enough people use our app, we can afford to keep improving it and adding new features.
