1. Why do you use an outdated model for analysis like 3.5? My extensive experience with this model is that is worthless compared to 4o mini. I consider investing if you change the models to the most recent and in the future

2. Do my clients count as users? Any standard chatbot in the market has unlimited users, they use other metrics like the number of messages, if I am going to pay for each client this could cost thousands of dollars
3. In the end I can use a standard chatbot upload a CSV file and I get the same results or even better for a much lower price
