Yes, that is right. You stack 5 codes to add 25 Members who handle the task for the customers. However, guest users have been kept unlimited

5a: How many total user seats can AstraVue system handle for a large and growing team?

The platform has been tested with 200 users in a single account without issues.

You will have to go for the power pack plan. The power pack plan(unlimited users), is not listed in AppSumo. So, you need to buy this directly from us. With respect to discount, I will inform my sales team to come up with best offers. Please write to support@astravue.com

6. Any ETA on mobile apps? what app features will be available for guest users too?

The Android version of the app is being expected by end of July 2025. Guest users too will get access to the app but will be limited with the same capabilities for now. Down the line, we may add enhancements to this guest role in a phased way say Approvals, view files and more.

P.S The API release has been delaying the release of features like mobile and chat. I apologize for the delay.
