1. Since this is an LTD plan with unlimited storage, how long will the files be stored?
AppSumo LTD plan is treated as regular paid plan. The files will never be deleted as long as the account is active.

2. How many files can be uploaded in one project?
There is no limit to the files uploaded in a single project. Max size of one file is 300MB

3.What type of files can be uploaded?
The regular stuffs like png, jpg, xlsx, docx, pdf, pptx, mov, mp3, mp4 are all supported.

4. Can I play the audio or video files that are uploaded?
As of now, preview is only available to the following.
Playing audio or video is not yet supported.

5. Am I able to send a message to all my users or clients?
I believe you mean something like Announcements. If, we don’t have it. However, you can collaborate on projects via comments and mentions to other users and clients.

6. Do you have a mobile app?
Mobile app is work in progress. Expecting release around the mid of August 2025.

7. Will I get a discount if I want to add more users in the future?
As an early adopter, we will definitely will work out something in the future when user counts increases.
