Q: Question About Upload Limits and Media Playback
Hi there,
I’m just a bit confused about the upload limits. Why am I only able to upload files up to 25 MB? I’ve seen a customer mention they were able to upload up to 300 MB, and I’ve also read somewhere else that the limit is 10 MB—so I’m not really sure what the actual limit is.
Also, it would be really great if it were possible to play MP3 and WAV files directly, or even video files. That would be a super useful feature.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Edited Jul 11, 2025A: Hi There,
Sorry for the confusion. In initial days(when publishing in AppSumo), the file size limit was 10MB and the storage was 2GB for free Starter Plan and Unlimited for Paid plan(including App Sumo).
Now, the limit has been increased to 25MB for starter plan and 300MB for paid plan with no changes to storage limit. So, if you had signed up directly from our website and selected starter plan this issue could happen. On upgrade to next plan(including Appsumo purchase) you should be able to upload upto 300MB.
If that is not the case, please write to me with details of the account admin email id and org name to support@astravue.com. I will check and fix it.
P.S You may not be able to redeem code directly if you are already in starter plan. In that case, buy the code and send the details to support. We will help update and redeem it.
With respect to file format support, please check this article.

Audio/Video file format preview is yet to be available. This is work in progress. Will definitely keep this posted here.
