Quiero dejar este review porque siento que es mi responsabilidad advertir a otros usuarios, emprendedores, agencias, equipos de trabajo y empresas que estén pensando en invertir su dinero y confiar sus operaciones en Astravue.
Después de varios meses usándolo, tengo la total certeza de que esta herramienta no solo NO funciona como prometen, sino que además genera más problemas de los que resuelve, afecta la operación diaria y pone en riesgo la organización del trabajo de cualquier empresa.
Mi frustración no viene de un solo error, ni de un mal día, ni de un mal soporte puntual. Mi molestia viene de una cadena interminable de fallas, errores graves, funciones que no sirven, comportamientos inestables y un servicio al cliente prácticamente inexistente, que no responde, no da soluciones reales y que —lo más grave— cierra los tickets cuando uno pide un reembolso.
Para quienes buscan una herramienta estilo Trello, Asana, ClickUp o Notion, permítanme decirles con absoluta claridad: Astravue no está ni cerca del nivel mínimo que una plataforma de gestión de tareas debe tener. Ni en estabilidad, ni en usabilidad, ni en soporte técnico.

easy to use and great support
I tried a few different CRM / Project management programmes (Bitrix 24, Monday.com, clickup) but they all just felt really complicated and hard to make them do what we needed. Astravue has been easy to set up, customers link easily with projects, the internal messaging is really useful and it just seems really easy to use and makes sense and my team all agree it is the best solution we have found, that will grow with us but not overwhelm us with complexity.
I have also found the how to videos on youtube to be really helpful because although it is simple, it is also quite powerful.
I have contacted them a couple of times for support on something and they are so responsive!
My only big request is that they create a way that I can see a list of what all my team are doing, even if the task wasn't set by me, Currently the only way to do that is through the calendar view but I need a list view, especially as some tasks don't have end dates yet.

Promising and interesting no-brainer
There are certainly countless task managers already, so the question "why" arises when new ones emerge.
Astravenue seems to be doing a good job for some and has a chance to win over current and new users. The interface is already clean and clear. There are certainly some things that other task managers don't have yet. For example, I haven't seen any software that lets you enter team gifts when a goal is achieved, even if it's just a large pizza.
Providers like Goalscape demonstrate that tasks can also be structured very well graphically. Perhaps Astravenue will find a new niche or unique selling point for itself. We can be excited. At such a low price, Astravenue was a no-brainer, by the way.

I was thinking of gamification and even did the design. But, the idea of incentivizing the team when goal is achieved was not something I didnt think through. This sounds like a great idea. Implementing this would definitely make us the game changer in this market. This would become easily the USP for the app.
