⭐ 0/5 – LA PEOR HERRAMIENTA QUE HE COMPRADO EN AÑOS
Quiero dejar este review porque siento que es mi responsabilidad advertir a otros usuarios, emprendedores, agencias, equipos de trabajo y empresas que estén pensando en invertir su dinero y confiar sus operaciones en Astravue.
Después de varios meses usándolo, tengo la total certeza de que esta herramienta no solo NO funciona como prometen, sino que además genera más problemas de los que resuelve, afecta la operación diaria y pone en riesgo la organización del trabajo de cualquier empresa.
Mi frustración no viene de un solo error, ni de un mal día, ni de un mal soporte puntual. Mi molestia viene de una cadena interminable de fallas, errores graves, funciones que no sirven, comportamientos inestables y un servicio al cliente prácticamente inexistente, que no responde, no da soluciones reales y que —lo más grave— cierra los tickets cuando uno pide un reembolso.
Para quienes buscan una herramienta estilo Trello, Asana, ClickUp o Notion, permítanme decirles con absoluta claridad: Astravue no está ni cerca del nivel mínimo que una plataforma de gestión de tareas debe tener. Ni en estabilidad, ni en usabilidad, ni en soporte técnico.

You are absolutely right. We believed the issue with recurring tasks had been permanently resolved, but unfortunately that was not the case. I accept full responsibility for not verifying this thoroughly before confirming it to you, and I am genuinely sorry for that.
We have made the platform stronger with the support and positivity from users like you. And, we have been working hard to make the platform stronger. That commitment continues, and I truly appreciate everyone who believed in us.
I would also like to clarify a couple of points.
Refunds are managed directly by AppSumo as per their policies. When you requested a refund, I immediately referred you to them for that reason.
I acknowledge that a few features (such as the long-pending items and iOS) have not yet been delivered. I am not proud of it either. However, I assure you that no ticket will be closed until it is fully delivered or resolved, and I remain committed to addressing each situation responsibly.
There may have been delays in some of our responses, and we are continuously working to improve our turnaround times.
Thank you for your feedback. I will take it positively and continue working hard to make this a reliable platform for agencies and businesses.
