easy to use and great support
I tried a few different CRM / Project management programmes (Bitrix 24, Monday.com, clickup) but they all just felt really complicated and hard to make them do what we needed. Astravue has been easy to set up, customers link easily with projects, the internal messaging is really useful and it just seems really easy to use and makes sense and my team all agree it is the best solution we have found, that will grow with us but not overwhelm us with complexity.
I have also found the how to videos on youtube to be really helpful because although it is simple, it is also quite powerful.
I have contacted them a couple of times for support on something and they are so responsive!
My only big request is that they create a way that I can see a list of what all my team are doing, even if the task wasn't set by me, Currently the only way to do that is through the calendar view but I need a list view, especially as some tasks don't have end dates yet.

Thank you so much for your great words. As I always say, we have been trying to keep it as simple as possible. We dont wanted to overwhelm and land being yet another complex tool. We wanted to be your go to tool.
With respect to viewing the list of task assigned to your team and what they have been doing, I am working with my design team to find a simple option to show the details. In a month or two, we will try to make this available in the app.
