The only limitation would be your number of leads, contacts and accounts and also your email connection and number of users. Each "user" can have one Gmail and one Outlook email connection, in addition to a "Global", or SMTP, email that may be used for all users.

Inbound/outbound calling, voicemail drops and power dialer will be launched in the next 2-3 weeks. Historically, we've had this functionality, and it's just a matter of bringing the dialer back into the new angular-built CRM.
