For the Tier 1 plan, you can maintain 1000 Leads, 500 Contacts and 100 Accounts.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 follow the same structure but have 5k and 10k leads, respectively. Tier 2 is 5X when compared with Tier 1 and Tier 3 is double the allotments of Tier 2.
For clarity:
Tier 1:
'lead' => 1000 (cold leads)
'contact' => 500 (warm contacts)
'account' => 100 (clients)
Tier 2:
'lead' => 5000
'contact' => 2500
'account' => 500
Tier 3:
'lead' => 10000
'contact' => 5000
'account' => 1000
