Have a CRM to manage data in an spreadsheet style overview helps to easily mine data inquiries. And then to add custom fields is as simple as adding a column.

Loving the API integration with Twilio and the open architecture to add the other types of API that you require. It's so simple that it only took me a few minutes to get into the interface.

Outside of the cost saving, the capabilities, and the feature, all in all this CRM is so much easier to manage many types of projects, client types, opportunities, and many types of leads!
