This app is really not ready. From my experience, it is pre-BETA.

I got stalled in the initial onboarding six steps, all of which I completed, but it said 85% and then the 'Mark as Complete' button didn't work.

The alternative to the six steps was 'No Thanks I'll do it on my own'. That didn't work either, and so a 'Useful Features' section it was supposed to uncover remained grayed out.

I then went to the help pages and none of the links worked.

I tried to add a lead and clicked on '+Lead' and nothing happened.

I clicked to view one of the demo leads and a detail window slid out. I then couldn't close the window as the 'close' icon was off the right of the screen. It was like whack-a-mole, as it immediately scrolled back again before I could hit the icon.

I eventually gave up.

Overall the UI is quite confusing, and the functions appear half-finished.

I raised a support ticket and got an error, so don't know if that got through.

It strikes me that the developers have sought to create too much functionality too soon instead of focusing on an MVP and getting that right.
