I have used this and enjoyed it a couple to 12 times as a year over the last few years. Recently I attempted to login to my account at AudioHero and the system told me that there was no account attached to my email. I tried a couple different emails just in case I was in error, although I have a carefully tracked database of my logins, to no avail. I then reached out on the contact form on the site, which is seemingly the only way to attempt any contact and heard nothing. Hey AudioHero folks: Where is the "lifetime"? I would really appreciate having my account reinstated so I can use the service for which I paid. Please advise. Thank you.

Q: It is not serious not to respect the previous agreements
I just saw that you do not respect the previous agreements. It is not serious to sell an offer and change the conditions when you want. Even if we have limited audios, at least respect the ones we have. Who doesn't tell me that tomorrow I will buy this and in a year you will change the terms. I repeat, this is not serious. You should respect the conditions of the previous agreements.
I apologize for any confusion but we do honor all previous deals we have offered on AppSumo. The previous deal we offered in 2018 and 2019 was for 3000 credits and we still honour these deals. The new deal is now for unlimited downloading.

When I got locked into my account, it says 300,000 credit for download. I thought it was unlimited download. Can you clarify on this one thanks.
