Q: Any backup plan in case of bankruptcy?
I'm interested in your offer, but I have some doubts...
1. Lately, we have seen many companies closing doors and leaving us with nothing. I see, in your business model, a possible solution - becoming available huge music and SFX packs for download. So, my question is: can we rest assured that in the event of bankruptcy you will honor your commitment by providing some means for us to download the entire library?
2. We can use music tracks and SFX in games (great, because I work with them). But I also have app projects where users can study, work, reading, etc. while listening music playlists (user can select a playlist or create one). Can I use AudioHero songs in such project?
3. I'm a teacher and develop games (educational or not) with my students. Can I use these songs in projects with other people (I being one of developers)?

Dec 1, 2025A: Hi @ChristianoSantos
Thanks for your message and for your interest in AudioHero. Here are clear, simple answers to your questions:
1. If AudioHero closes, will we keep our music?
We plan to be around for a long time. We are not going bankrupt. Also, AppSumo puts each company through an intense investigation to avoid this happening.
2. Can I use your music in an app where users pick their own playlists?
Our standard license is for syncing music to visuals (like in a game, video, or podcast). Letting users pick and play songs on their own is not allowed. Please contact our sales team to discuss your specific app idea—we can find the right solution for you.

3. Can I use the music in projects I make with my students?
Yes, you can. As the license holder, you can use the music in games or projects that you create with your students. The key rule is that you cannot give them the raw music files to use on their own in separate projects. The music must stay within the project you are directly working on together.
Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,
Florence.-
