UKEDAQ: Deal Activation
I have created an account and entered the AppSumo code in the field "Enter code" when registering. I have checked my subscription, and it says there is no subscription active. Please can you clarify this?

Thank you for reaching out! I wanted to clarify that as long as you redeem your code correctly, you have access to unlimited downloads.
This feature may not be displayed on your dashboard because it’s part of a custom plan offered through AppSumo. However, if you add a track to your cart, you’ll notice that unlimited downloads are available. Additionally, you can confirm this by checking the infinity symbol (∞) located in the top right corner of your screen.

I had the same question, so thanks for answering. I do see the infinity symbol next to the downloads icon in my dashboard.

I had the same issue, and while I was glad to find this information, I would really ask/encourage that some way be worked out within your system to have this show up as a subscription. It would be more reassuring to users, especially if it included the relevant terms. Not doing so feels a little sneaky and shifty, like things might "change" along the way over time. Cheers

Your AppSumo deal provides unlimited downloads (visible via the ∞ symbol in your dashboard). This is a lifetime license—terms won’t change for existing users.
AppSumo deals are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, so they display differently in our system.
To avoid confusion, check your ∞ symbol for unlimited status or email support@audiohero.com
