Q: I purchased this deal back when AudioHero had a prior "LTD" offer... Account no longer works!

I have used this and enjoyed it a couple to 12 times as a year over the last few years. Recently I attempted to login to my account at AudioHero and the system told me that there was no account attached to my email. I tried a couple different emails just in case I was in error, although I have a carefully tracked database of my logins, to no avail. I then reached out on the contact form on the site, which is seemingly the only way to attempt any contact and heard nothing.
Hey AudioHero folks: Where is the "lifetime"? I would really appreciate having my account reinstated so I can use the service for which I paid. Please advise. Thank you.
