Q: I've noticed many of the licensing info is for sync, but can it be used to produce music using sampling/beatmaking?

No, AudioHero’s license only allows syncing our music with videos/films/games. You cannot legally sample or use their tracks for beatmaking.
(Our rules ban remixing, standalone sampling, or selling beats made from our music.)
