Q: My previous purchase?
"Customers who bought the 2018 or 2019 AppSumo lifetime deals need to purchase this offer to access the new features and limits"
I don't understand. I purchased an App Sumo Lifetime deal of Audio Hero in 2019, and now I no longer have access to my original deal. When I try to download a song it goes to a page that says:
CHOOSE YOUR PLAN
Please explain. Thank you.

Hello, if you purchased in 2018 or 2019 you should still have access to AudioHero and our features as long as you have not used all 3000 downloads credits. If you are having uses accessing your account I would suggest reaching out to our customer service at support@audiohero.com and they will be able to help you out.
