Thank you for your question, happy to clarify how active user credits work.

An active user is counted per unique user who opens your app and engages with content within a 30-day period. If a user signs up but does not engage, they are not counted. Whether a user logs in once or several times during the month, it only counts as one active user.

The Tier 2 AppSumo plan includes 1,200 active user credits total (one-time). These credits are consumed as your audience engages with the app. When you eventually reach the 1,200-user limit, you can continue using the platform, but you will need to upgrade to a standard AudioRista plan to accommodate additional users.

Tier 3 is lifetime deal for our Lite plan which enables you to have up to 200 monthly active users per month, resetting each month.

If you expect growth beyond that threshold, we offer a 30% discount on our Business plan for the first year.
