Hi! I understand T2 gives 1200 users not montly but one time until one reachs the limit.

1) If a user deletes the app, the place is recovered for a new user?

2) Those 1200 could be on a montly subscription all at the same time?

3) Can I "close" the app to potential new users once the limit is reached, but still having it working for the old ones?
