Q: Questions About Tier Differences, User Limits, and Content Capacity
Can you please explain the difference between Tier 2: Active User Credits (1,200 one-time only) and Tier 3: Active User Credits (200 per month)?
I noticed someone already asked about what happens if we exceed 200 users per month. Also, I see that Tier 3 has a limit of 100 content items — what happens when we want to post more content?
Is it possible to delete older content to create space for new posts (even though we don’t plan to do that)?
Lastly, could you provide details on the plans and pricing that offer higher limits compared to the LTD plans?

Oct 22, 2025A: Hi,
Tier 3 is identical to our Lite Plan listed on our website: https://www.audiorista.com/pricing.
The main difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3 is how the active user limit works:
• Tier 3 allows up to 200 active users per month, and this limit resets every month.
• Tier 2 includes a total of 1,200 active user credits, which do not reset. It’s a one-time pool of user activity — once you’ve reached 1,200 total active users, that’s the cap.
Regarding content:
• Tier 3 includes up to 100 titles (audio, video, or PDF).
• If you try to upload title number 101, you’ll receive an error message that you’ve hit your plan limit.
• You can absolutely delete older titles to make room for new ones.
For higher limits, our Business and Enterprise plans offer expanded content capacity, user limits, and additional features. You can see the full comparison and pricing here: https://www.audiorista.com/pricing.
I hope this clarifies the differences!
Best,
Taha
So, if a course has 20 modules/videos, that means only 80 content items are left?
