I use partner stack often and they do have an API. is it possible to add that network? How long does this typically take?
Also, how does this work with getting approval with affiliates. For example, I am on clickbank but I still often need to apply directly to the brand and get approved by them AND clickbank. If the affiliates are getting automatically populated with keywords, do I then need to keep track and get approvl directly? Or am I only imputting keywords, for affiliates I have been pre-approved for? Thank you!!

Partner stack is not yet integrated, but it can be added, depending on their type of API they provide. Some networks does not provide affiliate links trough the API, if that is the case we can't integrate their APIs.
Yes, you need to get approved for affiliates you promote. As far as I know, you can promote any clickbank offer without getting pre-approval, but if there are networks which requires approval, you need to get approved so you can earn commissions.
