If all your users use the same gmail account yes they call all use it. It requires a google login. But you can't install it on a workspace and have it shared across all users (like john@, mary@, ...) with just one account - you'd have to buy codes for each account.
A: That is not possible at the moment - again, the data is never used for anything else except training the AI, but if you have very sensitive information in your emails, then maybe using an AI is not an option unfortunately :/
Q: Can I decide which sent email is considered for AI Training
There will be hundreds of emails I reply daily. I don't want to overburden AI learning all emails I send. Can i decide, which of my sent emails gets considered for AI training? because i do reply to several people on various agendas and only one or two of those types of emails, I need AI to learn.

Would this tool be suitable to automate cold emailing businesses and maintain an email communication with potential clients?
Is it able to pull out email addresses and clients name from a sheet (Google sheet for example) to start the cold email conversation?

But you can totally use it to draft follow-up emails. Look at it as a tool that automates everything from the moment you hit "Reply" :)

Mar 30, 2025A: The AI does that by itself, if an email you sent is very similar to another one, it will discard it and not use it.
So no need to tell the AI. If you want it to learn specific things, you can add it in the context page.
