Given your experience with Gmail apps, do you have any intentions to introduce CRM features? I'm looking for something straightforward yet effective. Regarding AutoGmail, I have a concern: the first tier doesn’t permit Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), which is essential for my needs. I'm worried that the ongoing costs might render this deal unsustainable over time. Can you provide any insights on this? Thank you.you,

Feb 28, 2025A: Heya - thanks for the question! No CRM features planned but we might add more sales related features at some point, we'll see :)
No worries about the deal being unsustainable, AI is getting cheaper every quarter, that's what we're betting on but we might add "Bring your own keys" to one of the higher plans at some point.
