Q: Email Content Security Concerns

This looks great! My question is about email content security concerns.

I see this platform learns from your new emails. What if my email includes a bank password or credit card information?

How do we know our data is being handled in a safe manner if the AI is learning from the email's (possibly sensitive) content? Thank you

A: Great question! The AI never shares the data with any third party and you can of course delete all your data at all times.

If your email contains a password or sensitive data, the AI will learn that information and might use it in further drafts, but that's the extend of how your data will be used, so you are still fully in control.

On our end, data is fully encrypted and old emails get deleted over time. Still, I would not recommend keeping passwords or CC information in your inbox in general as this is not a safe environment, you're better of using a password manager like 1password.
