Q: Learning from past emails

Will it learn from the emails that currently exist in your Gmail account or does it only train from new emails going forward? Thank you.

A: Only from new emails going forward. Training on historical data is available through our subscription plan, but for Appsumo it's only training from now onwards :)

At the very beginning I ordered one code from two different accounts. One of them never worked, I thought I had mixed up the email when registering, but it turned out that was not the reason. Can you help me with this?
