If you purchase this later down the line you need to be VERY aware of some things that you need to know that ALL OTHER similar programs do have so hopefully they will add these soon before they lose a bulk of customers

* There is know way to just add people or contacts to a current running campaign (this should be a basic feature)
* When you create your follow up messages YOU CAN FREAKING CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE. So that means ALL of your follow up messages will have the exact same subject and there is no way to change that (again this should be a basic ability)
* There should be a quick easy way to just duplicate and edit a campaign by just choosing it and duplicating it.
* No blog or anything to see what has been added or what's coming up with the application.

I purchased the AppSumo deal in hopes that it would replace what I am currently using but they are no where near that yet missing these basic features.

I will hang in there because the support is amazing and I HAVE HOPE THEY WILL LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS that it will add these ASAP. At this point because of these features missing it's basically unusable to me and I am sure not the only one.

If you are a serious marketer, I would get a timeline on these issues first.

The system seems easy enough to use. Deliverability seems to be good. But it keeps disconnecting from gmail and pauses all campaigns. KInd of doesn't make sense to automate a process that you have to sit and babysit. Too immature product for the market.

I've had the opportunity to run three campaigns while this is still up on AppSumo. We previously relied on Infusionsoft for some of our outbound emails, and man what a difference!

Easy to setup, easy to create a campaign and just go
Support is fantastic! I always get good answers in just a few mins, and I've asked a lot of questions
Open rate in general is very good (around 29%) compare to 22% of Infusionsoft that we used
Works with Zapier so I can get it hooked up to GoToWebinar and remove registered users

The analytics are still a little bare, but you can download all the info including sent time, open time and more to create charts on your own

Overall, the deal is a STEAL. I bought 3 stacks for my team.

Quite a decent email app, i can certainly see myself using this. I have had some issues with contact management though which would make it impractical. The list management features and filters are pretty basic and you can not upload a list of contacts to stop follow ups, you're wholly reliant on them replying to your email so any call to action such as filling a form in on your website would mean they are still continually receiving reminders.

It would probably work if you have a micro list of contacts but there are far better alternative out there.
